This work focuses on the development of standard CMOS low
frequency microwave and RF circuits suitable for use in mixed-mode
analog and digital wireless applications. CMOS circuits are
fabricated through the MOSIS fabrication service and geometries
down to 0.5 micron are currently being studied. The circuit
layouts and technical specifications will be made available
to the wireless and microsystem design communities at project
completion.

Welcome to the world of undergraduate analog IC design! The
tools in this directory, in the form of integrated circuit CIF
files and accompanying tutorial manuals, can provide the backbone
for a laboratory component in undergraduate analog VLSI design
courses. This work, sponsored by The National Science Foundation's
Division of Undergraduate Education, is the result of several
years of work attempting the convey this information to my undergraduate
electrical engineering students.
