The Temple-Villanova Sustainable Stormwater Initiative (T-VSSI) is a partnership of the two university’s research programs the Center for Sustainable Communities and the Villanova Urban Stormwater Partnership. This initiative is funded by grants from the William Penn Foundation . The T-VSSI is envisioned as a long-term partnership that will combine the strengths of both research centers creating an interdisciplinary organization to demonstrate best management practices, to conduct research and to conduct a broad outreach program focusing on southeastern Pennsylvania.
