Final ABSTRACTS of oral presentations and poster sessions will be
distributed to attendees at the conference in paper form, and will
be available on the web after the conference. We are recording
all presentations, and we will post your Powerpoint in pdf form
linked to the abstract on the post conference. Poster
presenters are free to post their poster as PDF's as well.
Oral Presentation Guidelines
Please plan for 20 -22 minutes for your presentation, including Q & A.
Note that a few featured presentations are 40 minutes. Please bring your presentation to the session room PRIOR to your
presentation during the breaks for uploading. You will NOT be
able to use your own computer. Label your presentation with
your session name, then your name EX: 1aTRAVER.pptx. If
you dont want a pdf version of your presentation linked to your
abstract then make sure it is erased following the session.
Bring a brief vita for your moderator, but remember that comes out
of your time! The Moderator will give you a 5 minute, 2 minute
and 1 minute warning.
MODERATOR TIP SHEET
- Set up: Posters may be set up Thursday Morning during
- Take Down: The poster should be removed after the final break on
friday. Those not taken down by 1:00 PM Friday will be thrown
away. See us if you want to store your poster during the tour.

Extended Abstract Opportunity
As either a Podium or a Poster presenter you have the opportunity to
submit an extended abstract that will be linked to your abstract on
the website. This is not required, and you only need to submit
the extended abstract if this is of value to you. The deadline
for submitting extended abstracts is one month following the
Extended Abstract Format Information:
- Margins - 8.5
by 11 inch paper size (Portrait), with 1 inch margins on all

point Times Roman
- Length: We
request that no extended Abstract exceed 10 pages.
