Dr. Robert G. Traver, PE
CEE - Director

Dr. Robert Traver is the Director of the Villanova Urban Stormwater Partnership and a Professor in Villanova University’s Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering. Dr. Traver teaches courses in surface water hydrology, open channel hydraulics, and urban storm water management.
 

 

Dr. Andrea Welker, PE
CEE - Geotechnical

Dr. Andrea Welker joined Villanova’s Civil and Environmental Engineering faculty in the fall of 1999. She is an associate professor and teaches geotechnical engineering classes at the both the undergraduate and graduate level.

 

Dr. Ronald Chadderton, PE
CEE Department Chair

Professor Chadderton's research interests include mathematical and physical modeling of stream hydraulics and water quality and stream assimilation capacity/wasteload allocation studies. His research has been supported by AWWA Research Foundation, Chesapeake Research Consortium, Inc. ASCE, EPA, PennDot, the Sarah Scaife and Carthage Foundations.
 

 

Dr. Metin Duran
CEE - Environmental

Dr. Duran’s teaching and research interests concentrate in application of biological processes for wastewater treatment, bioremediation, solid and hazardous waste management, and water quality control. He has been teaching undergraduate and graduate level environmental engineering courses since he received his Ph.D. from Vanderbilt University in 1996.

 

Dr. Bridget Wadzuk
CEE - Water Resources

Dr. Bridget Wadzuk joined Villanova’s Civil and Environmental Engineering faculty in the spring of 2005. She is an assistant professor and teaches water resources and fluid mechanics classes at the both the undergraduate and graduate level.
