Application Instructions for

2007 Governor’s Institute for World Language Educators

Go to website: http://www.papde.ws/index.php
Click on "Apply Here" to establish a PDE Professional Development Account - Upon completion of this step you will have created a PDE Professional Development Account and are ready to log in and apply for the Institute. If you established an account last year, your login information has been carried over to this year as well, and you may log-in to select your institute(s) for 2007.
Log into your PDE Professional Development Account
Select "Apply"
Select "New Application"
Select the World Language institute from the drop down box
Answer questions 1-10 – please note that for question 9 you must re type the three statements as indicated on the application. These statements show that you agree to fulfill the requirements of the Institute and that you have the recommendation of your Chief School Administrator to attend the 2007 Governor’s Institute for World Language Educators.
Click "submit" to send your application

APPLICATION DEADLINE: APRIL 27, 2007!!!

þ	Applications submitted after this date will still be considered if vacancies exist until June 9, 2007

þ	You will receive notification regarding acceptance by May 29, 2007.

þ	If accepted, you will receive additional information regarding registration and the $75.00 check to hold your place at the Institute. PLEASE DO NOT SEND A CHECK UNTIL YOU HAVE BEEN ACCEPTED.
