All manuscripts should be submitted in duplicate with the author's name appearing only on the first page. A standard style sheet (University of Chicago) should be used with endnotes listed at the end. A CD or computer disk copy of the manuscript is required. Computer file format should be in a PC/Windows version of Microsoft Word (5.0 or higher). Please also include a 100 word abstract of the article.
