Materials Science Laboratory
The Materials Science Laboratory in CEER 003 is equipped
with an optical microscope, high temperature furnaces, a fume
hood, a plasma etcher, microhardness tester, and grinding and
polishing machines for specimen preparation.
Materials Testing Laboratory
The Materials Testing Laboratory in CEER 003 is equipped
with an Instron Tension/Torsion machine, an MTS servohydraulic
tester, and a Tinius Olsen.
High Resolution Microscopy (HRM) Laboratory
The High Resolution Microscopy (HRM) Laboratory is located
in CEER 004. It houses the Hitachi S-4800 high resolution SEM
and the Agilent 5500 AFM.
