Club officers,
coaches and advisors should report directly to the Coordinator of
Intramurals and Recreation,
whose office is located on the 3rd floor of the Davis Center for
Athletics and Fitness.
Please address all of your concerns via work phone, email or in person
during business hours (10:00 am – 6:00 pm) unless alternate arrangements
have been made. Be sure to hand in all paperwork and requests in a
timely manner to ensure that they are processed promptly. Home and cell
phone numbers are listed for emergency use only.
Procrastination does not warrant an emergency.
