Office of the Provost

Villanova is a welcoming, caring community of learners. Academic life at Villanova is inspired by the rich heritage of the University’s history and mission, and is grounded in our Catholic-Augustinian commitment to holistic education aimed at “transforming minds and hearts.” This means that the Villanova experience isn’t only about a student’s intellectual growth—it’s about his or her growth as a whole person.

The academic areas of the University are under the direction of the University Provost. The colleges and schools are supervised by the Deans and various offices are supervised by either a Director or an Associate/Assistant Vice Provost.
