Wildcat Crossing Recognition Ceremony
Wildcat Crossing Ceremony (WCC) is a pre-commencement ceremony that honors students that embody diversity in any of its forms. WCC celebrates many identities and stories that may be underrepresented in the narrative of our community.
Villanova University Faculty and Staff are invited to the 2023 Wildcat Crossing pre-commencement ceremony on Thursday, May 18 at 1 p.m. on Rowen Green. The Wildcat Crossing celebrates the diversity of our student body. Students will receive a stole from the Dean of their College that symbolizes the determination and resilience of students whose story or identity is under-represented in the Villanova Community. Faculty and staff are encouraged to register in advance so we can reserve a seat for you.

Madona's "Crossing Over" Story
"As soon as I stepped onto Villanova's campus, it was very easy to see that my journey up until college and the college experience I would have here was going to be very different from most of my peers. I had to work harder and longer to achieve the same things. What could have been a very isolating four years were made exponentially better through STOVS and CASA. Despite financial obstacles and the loss of a parent, with the support of this office I obtained my degree and I will forever be thankful."
- Madona Farag, CLAS '18
